2026 BRITTANY CLUB – MEMBER EVENT RENTALS 
(No Holiday weekends)

Payment for your rental must be made via credit card upon reservation in the system.  Failure to make payment within 1 week will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Pool Party- $300 
  • Pool area only.  (This does not include field, gazebo, overlook, terrace, or clubhouse use. You may rent those in addition if you would like to utilize them for your party.)
  • Pool must remain open for member use including swim team practice.
  • Maximum of 3 hours
  • Maximum of 30 minors (under age 18)  It doesn’t matter if they are members, guests, swimming, or not swimming.
  • Details of number of adult & children attendees, age range of children, and set up requests (table area to be reserved) must be communicated with Katie Smith 1 week prior to your event. She then coordinates with Pool Staff for lifeguard coverage and needs.
Clubhouse Rental- $500
  • This includes use of the “Overlook.”  This is the existing front terrace and the back terrace (by clay courts) attached to the clubhouse. 
  • Events must end at 11 pm.
  • No tape or nails to be used inside the clubhouse for decorations
  • You may reserve the entire day to accommodate your setup and clean up needs.
  • Clean up, including table & chair put away, trash to dumpster, and all food and decor removal- must occur that evening though, not the next morning.
 The “New” Brittany TERRACE rental- $400
  • No indoor access.
  • This is the new club feature with expected completion by early 2026. 
Field & Gazebo rental- $300
  • Max of 3 hour rental.
  • No bounce houses.
  • No vehicles or food trucks allowed on the field.
  • Events must end at 9 pm.
  • Please be considerate.  DJs or other audio amplification for rentals should occur in the clubhouse whenever possible.  If for some reason they are necessary on the field during a rental event, the renting member is requested to ensure the DJ and guests control volume, cleanup, and timely exits, recognizing the venue as the neighborhood family community that it is.
Additional Notes
  • You may combine spaces for your event.
  • We must limit party attendees in the pool / pool deck to 30 minors at one time.  
  • Refunds for club private rentals are only allowed for cancellation due to weather.
